Progress lies in the direction we haven’t been. (Gloria Steinem, 1996)

You may have come to think that who you are, where you’re from, and what you have learned are determinants of who you will be.

This is manifestly untrue.

For the liberated mind, the pull to the highest timeline is far more important than seeking answers in the past. The past in no way defines the future. Breaking free from the past, ejecting out of the storylines and structures to become an evolving you in the present moment, is how the future creates itself.

The generative energy is right now. In this moment. The path unfolding as you walk it, opening up by virtue of the decisions you take and actions you make.

This moment is gone the moment it happens.

Over. Completed. Shed.

Becoming a shedding machine is learning the how of liberation. The unlock of inner authority.

Creating

Belief is creative.

Focus and intention are creative.

Choices, words, and actions are creative.

Conversations are creative.

Dialog is creative.

Strategy is creative.

Creating is the actual point.

Creating is the what of liberation.

Uncreating

Understand that what you draw to you, manifest, and allow is the same creative configuration as

  • uncreating,

  • repelling,

  • de-attracting, and

  • disallowing.

Each are exactly the same creative processes.

In both the positive and negative polarities, you magnetise. Flowing and binding are each dynamic forces consciously and unconsciously running in the field.

Awakeness to it is liberation.

Proof, Reason & Logic

Proof and logic have nothing to do with inner authority. Nothing to do with depth of knowing and understanding. Zero to do with the how, what, and why of creating. Little to do with how you allow, repel, and disallow.

In fact, logic, reason, and proving fall in the bucket of limiting beliefs. Fact, logic, and reason are where belief departs the creative, becoming lower frequencies on the vibratory scale. Your mind (aka ego) might resist this idea at first. But when you attune to your body, you feel it. When in the landscape of proving yourself, you energetically contract.

Why?

Because proof, logic, and reason are resistance while the creative deals in flow.

Inner authority concerns itself with rising up the vibratory scale. Releasing resistance. Unbinding. Returning continually to creating mode. Where liberation resides.

Your inner authority wellspring.

From Bob Weir's tribute to Phil Lesh | Theeo Thoughts No. 006

Institutional Knowledge

Inner authority exists as an un-fixed landscape. The place you come to rely on for signal and direction. A feeling in your gut. A knowing unexplainable. Truth perhaps only agreed to by you cooperatively with your inner authority. Non-negotiable decisioning once it is clear to you.

The institutions of old build themselves on a paradigm of infantilising adults.

They make people "feel safe" and "held" via instruction and operating norms designed elsewhere, at some other time, by whomever passed it on through history to adhere to, fit in, and live by. You've been conditioned to fit in, adopt the ways, rules, constructs, structures, rhetoric, and frameworks. They make you feel safe, held, and of an expertise or provisional authority.

For a time, that safety may serve. Over time, that safety creates inertia, inflexibility, and the aforementioned infantilisation. Feeling safe, held, and playing the expert trap. They each stick you to a point in time, eventually or quickly binding, disallowing, and de-attracting.

Your wisdom outsourced, also known as institutional knowledge, limits your growth and evolution because it too vacates inner authority in favor of group think, collective consensus reality, and conformity bias.

Evolutionary Knowledge

The knowledge box is now bigger, broader, and bolder. Former unchecked institutional paradigms have been unveiled, and upgrades must align with the broader evolutionary knowledge, the bigger box. Institutionalising anew, if you will, at an elevated bandwidth.

Your knowledge and beingness, meeting others' knowledge and beingness, situated in the bigger box, to create paths unfolding in front of you. As you walk them creatively rather than logically. In the expansion. Beyond the institutional knowledge. As individuals. While crafting new systems. Weaving collectively and upon your inner authority expanded.

Liberated, not infantalised.

Zeitgeist

Zeitgeist is defined as "spirit of the time."

You can feel the shifting landscape within and without. Pulling forward the past is attachment. Logic, reason, and proving are attachment adjacent. Fear of the unfoldment lurks there. Each being unconscious desires to be somewhere, someone, somehow else — rather than right here. Deepening your inner authority.

Creating. Liberated. Grounded.

The spirit of the time presents an extraordinary tension to continually expand. To craft your inner authority and bring it to the table from an alternative maturity rather than from unconscious, programmed infantalisation.

An opportunity to build your institutional knowledge anew within a far greater realm of truth. To create collectives elevating well beyond the constraints, rules, norms, archetypes, and organisers of the past.

Progress lies in the direction we haven't been.

The spirit of the time.
