The architectures of life, organisational life being a main offender, pull us constantly outward. Through participating in the architectures, it is all too easy to build an external reliance, which in turn creates a loop of external fulfillment seeking. We want the recognition, promotion, accolade, upward trajectory, sense of joy, sound of love.

The trap is you will inspire a personal architecture fed by external validators ie. poverty consciousness rather than one fed by your internal compass, your deepest knowingness. The world is neutral and not there to provide you fulfillment. Your fulfillment derived from within projects out into the world a resonance that invites others to that frequency. A sense of place and space.

Leaders need to bring it out in service of growth, not draw from to serve self.
