Go Inward
Theeo Principle

Going into the world seeking fulfillment is poverty consciousness.
Go Inward
The architectures of life – organisational life being a main offender – pull us constantly outward. Through participating in them, it is all too easy to build an external reliance. A loop of external fulfillment seeking. The recognition, the promotion, the accolade, the upward trajectory, the borrowed sense of joy.
The trap is a personal architecture fed by external validators. Poverty consciousness. The world is neutral. It is not there to provide your fulfillment.
Your fulfillment derived from within projects out into the world a resonance that invites others to that frequency. A sense of place. A sense of space.
A difference between generative and extractive leadership is this. A generative leader brings from the well – their deepest knowing, their truth, their interior – out into the world in service of growth. An extractive leader draws from the outside in, feeding an insecurity loop, hyper-vigilant to the external, copying rather than creating, performing rather than leading.
