Working with awareness is a long, not short game.

It is a practice and a dedication full of trials and tribulations, obstacles and blocks while the wheels of evolution are still working alongside.

You know the expression “it’s about the journey not the destination”? This is that.

While on the journey, build in rituals, moments, stop gaps to take stock and underscore the battle wounds and cringeworthy lessons you actually survived and likely continued to thrive through (hopefully while tidying up your messes with humility along the way.) Particularly in times like these where the pace and demands of evolution are happening at mach speed it is really important to take a breather, make a list, sit with, share out the trials and your growth so they are “accounted for” in your conscious mind.

Consider it a forcing function to imprint and calculate results on the evolutionary wheel.
