Become the Vessel
Theeo Principle
№44
When you become a practitioner of progressive change, nature will flow through you all it wants to distribute into the world.
Become the Vessel
Evacuate the idea that you are in control of outcomes. You are not. Take an honest inventory of how many times you made a plan and how often that plan unfolded accordingly.
Enough said.
You make decisions – lots of them – in the direction of intentional thinking. You strategically structure that thinking to contain and cast it well. Then you work the change progressively, incrementally, iteratively.
This happens within a designed forcefield of change, not as a result of your ego death-gripping the process.
You act as an agent of the change you intend. You read what is present and move accordingly – discerning, deliberating, knitting the insights, cues, and signals as they arrive. Nature has its own ideas – better ones, generally – about the potential it wants distributed into the world.
As a practitioner of progressive change, you are nature's vessel. Becoming her best vessel is the work.
This is everything the lore of change management is not.
When you become a practitioner of progressive change, nature will flow through you all it wants to distribute into the world.Reveal Another Theeo Principle
