When you become a practitioner of progressive change, nature will flow through you all it wants to distribute into the world.

Theeo Principle №44
Become the Vessel

Turning the tide on how change actually works means evacuating the idea that you are in control of outcomes. You are not. Take an honest inventory of how many times you made a plan and how often that plan unfolded accordingly.

Enough said.

You make decisions—and lots of them—in the direction of intentional thinking. You strategically structure that thinking to contain and cast the good thinking. Then, you work the change progressively, incrementally, iteratively, adaptively.

This happens within a progressive and designed forcefield of change—not as a result of your ego death-gripping the process.

You act as an agent of the change you intend, allowing insights, cues, and messages to flow in. You steer dynamically toward or away from them with agility. Nature (the call and response of the creative design system) has its own ideas—better ones, generally—about the potential it wants distributed out into the world for your evolution and the collective's.

As a practitioner of progressive change, you are nature’s vessel. Understanding and learning how to become her best vessel is the work of your future.

Becoming a practitioner of progressive change is everything the lore of "change management" is not.

When you become a practitioner of progressive change, nature will flow through you all it wants to distribute into the world.
