Work on Being Freely Yourself

Fear creates an ask for terrible leaders.
Work on Being Freely Yourself
Fear is anti-evolutionary. Fear of being oneself, of saying one’s true words (mindfully), and operating from without rather than within are three quick examples of how a field of fear is constructed. That field is often preyed upon, creating an illusion of "need" for a godhead of one version or another.
When you participate in this leader paradigm within systems, you cast an ask for terrible leaders.
Alternatively, a system of distributed leaders – freely being themselves, working interactively, and moving together in a clear direction – draws from the same fountainhead, but from creativity, adaptability, and stability rather than fear.
Thinking for yourself, operating from your personal authority, and showing up in your sovereignty – individually and collectively – taps the positive forces of evolution while energetically upleveling out of any fear basis.
