Expect Bigness
Theeo Principle

Don't engineer smallness.
Expect Bigness
What you hold within yourself you reflect out into the world. If you hold low self-worth, you reflect smallness. If you hold impatience, you reflect impatience. If you hold arrogance, you reflect arrogance. If you hold lack, you reflect lack. If you hold separation, you reflect dis-connectivity.
Engineering smallness has been the default operating mode for millennia – across the poles of worth and control. Each derives from small-self fears, creating a kaleidoscope of fear constantly and unconsciously, reflected in the field.
In your role, you have both the ability and the expectation to bring yourself and others into bigness and greatness. These are not ego-based, they are heart-based.
Orienting to your heart, your deepest knowing, your truth to project outwardly from there is you embodying your big self. Whatever smallness hides within you is worthy of untangling. Not to perfect yourself. To interrupt the unconscious engineering of smallness and to courageously allow others to join you in bigness.
