Expect Bigness
Theeo Principle
№279
Don't engineer smallness.
Expect Bigness
What you hold within yourself you reflect out into the world. If you hold low self-worth and low self-value, you reflect smallness. If you hold impatience, you reflect impatience. If you hold arrogance, you reflect arrogance. If you hold lack, you reflect lack. If you hold separation, you reflect dis-connectivity.
Engineering smallness has been the default operating mode for millennia across the poles of worth and control. Each derives from small-self fears, which unknowingly create a kaleidoscope of fear that is constantly, yet unconsciously, reflected in the field.
In your role, you have the ability and the expectation to bring yourself and others into bigness and greatness. These are not ego-based, they are heart-based.
Orienting yourself to listen and attune to your heart, deepest knowing and truth, and projecting outwardly from there is you embodying your big self, reflecting out, and engineering a collective field greater than the sum of its parts. Whatever smallness hides within you and your psyche is worthy of untangling to interrupt unconsciously engineering smallness and instead courageously embody your bigness. And by default, allowing others to join you.
