The first step is to become aware of and recognize your patterns in existence. What is occurring in your life, your relationships, your team, your partnership, and your family that has the single common denominator that is you? When you consciously show up differently to the same people, circumstances, and conversations being a different you in a same situation, you now are the designer rather than the designed. You are then actively weaving a new pattern architecture.
