Theeo Principle №567
Be Deserving of Your Leadership

The principles of regression to the mean or reversion to mediocrity can help to understand how this leadership dynamic plays out.

The frequency at which the collective vibrates is directly correlated to the collective's deserving power – an evolutionary, not punitive, term. When enough individuals in a collective are emanating elevated vibrations by reflecting their highest vibrating selves through consistent and applied practice, the leader called in will more naturally be a match to that shared vibratory state.

When you go first in your own applied, conscious leadership, you directly contribute to the elevation and matching process. You also contribute to the shared discernment of real versus false light; high rather than low play; clear rather than assumed communication.

The system relies on applied and continual effort to build, maintain, and attract leadership at a frequency that is deserving of the strategic vision and collective intention. Wobbly intentions, wishy-washy asks, and being okay with archetypal patterns, like victim, rescuer, perpetrator, prostitute, and shapeshifter, will only reward you with those leader attributes and system embodiments.

Water seeks its own level.

The collective receives what it deserves by virtue of its ask. That ask emanates from how the system and collective operate; what it allows, accepts, and excuses; what it actively denies; and the ways in which it continuously shows up to apply its own conscious norms, principles, and shared values.

The collective cannot be led by a leader the collective doesn’t deserve.
