Do Something Positive

Sitting around being outraged is effectively doing nothing.
Do Something Positive
Internalising the understanding of a problem, conflict, issue, challenge is one thing. Holding it there, within, as if that is doing something about it is another thing.
Your work is to act, not simply react. Be angry for a minute and then do something productive. Whether you are talking (geo-)politics or venting about a Slack channel discussion or pissing off about a colleague, process and move on to effectively interacting with whatever it is at a higher frequency.
When you talk about others without speaking to them directly, when you bang the drum of a repeat problem without actively attempting to shift it, or when you dodge and deflect rather than openly discussing your contribution to the existing problems are exponential, negative multipliers. You actively contribute negative energy and you model lower vibrating behavior.
The alternative and far more evolved play is to act, interact, and do. Words are energy. They cast spells. They raise and lower the frequency. They travel far and wide.
Your actions are the same. They are felt afar regardless if they are directly observed. They set intention in the field. They are manifestations. Operate accordingly so you do something and that something is rooted in the positive versus contributing negatively – and for a negative return.
