Avoid Extinction

Growth and evolution – as universal and natural laws, not distorted technology metrics – are inexorable, always occurring, and demand your participation.

As long as you are breathing air, you are asked to participate in the exercise of living your signature life. It is not fixed. It is not predestined. It most likely is not going to roll along according to the made-up rules of play you were born into, educated with, or adopted early on. You will be asked or challenged to pivot along your journey.

Some of those times, you will be out front of the pivot. Other times, you will be caught off guard. As you cultivate a strong inner compass, you learn to ride the tides of change with increasing acceptance and finesse – even while they may continue to feel hard, sad, or exhausting.

The main point in the journey of life and leading is that the creative fountainhead of the universal field has ideas and plans for you that you may not always see coming, but might have inadvertently asked for.

It’s a dance.

You always have choices. And it’s good to remember growth and evolution are a metaphorical spiral up versus down. Trusting in her flow, making moves in the direction of the internal cues and messages, continuing to expand and learn are the purpose behind what you are here to do.
