How the tools have evolved in their use, tone, and algorithmic design is a mirror of collective and evolutionary consciousness. How an organisation or system designs and operationalises technology tools is a mirror of their culture.

You can stand objectively and ask “how does it feel to participate in the online collective?” to take a sampling and measure frequency in the field. Is authenticity evident? Are folks open? Honest? Kind? Avoidant? Deflective? Aggressive? Mean? Passive? Direct? Clear?

When you stand in strength and act out of love, you are telling people around you it is ok to give, deserve, and spread love.
