Theeo Principle
№705
Stop pushing against that which you don’t want.
Design a New Superstructure
Your first instinct may be reactive.
Even after five billion years of development, the reptilian brain will continue to force its way to your forefront, if you don’t actively and consciously operate with a healthy alternative.
- Breathe into the reactivity.
- Hold it in space without being taken by it.
- Notice it.
- Stand between it and the trigger.
Don’t be persuaded by anyone’s timeline but your own. And then from a place of awareness, strength, and personal authority design a new superstructure.
By getting yourself out of the smaller structures (habits, memories, patterns, storylines) you are reacting from, design yourself into a bigger container from which to evolve the moment.
Pushing against what you don’t want will only garner you more of what you don’t want.
Get higher. Get bigger. Get bolder.
Get strategic.
