• Leading without engaging and being mindful of the layers and dimensions of your self will run you up against phantom selves who want your attention and will wreak havoc to attain it.

The journey to this comfort is one step in front of another. Respecting that you are wildly dimensional and that dimensionality creates breathtaking contrast and interest is a humbling process.

Don’t cut off oxygen to the parts you don’t love. Let them emerge and teach you. Integrate and own them. Don’t fall too madly in love with the parts you find easy. Let them show you what needs to be released for growth and evolution.
