In the determination and the practice to stay true to yourself and allow the deepest you to come forth and perpetually become, you will easily recognise how you are met there. You will equally recognise how that ease does not come for you as fluidly when you step outside of alignment with your sovereignty or try to find cover in another's.

The feedback sensations within your body tell you all you need to know about alignment. Listen, honor, and work with them to hold your sovereignty strong as the beacon from which you direct yourself and lead others.
