“Your” systems won’t stop ensuring you get on board with the ride of change even while they vacillate between grabs for stability, safety, and control and the categorical emphasis on growth, learning, and evolving. Relevance is natural law, meaning grow and evolve or decay and die off.

Your and your system’s relevance are not separate from these same principles. Your job then is to remain constantly relevant. Not by working to be loud and noticeable, but instead to create, iterate and evolve form and function with regularity.

Make a decision, any decision to keep it moving. If you are “here”, go “there”. If you show up “this way” usually, try showing up “that way” with awareness. That is you practicing relevance within the micro and macro evolutionary imperative.
