What distinguishes the work is not methodology. It is perception. Kathryn walks into a system and sees it – the fear currents running beneath the strategy, the communication patterns nobody has named, the places where power is concentrating or leaking, the gap between what leadership believes is happening and what is actually true. Most organisations have never had someone in the room who could see that clearly and say it directly. That is what changes everything.

Her client work spans Boeing, Boston Consulting Group, the United Nations World Food Programme, the Federal Reserve, the Federal Trade Commission, Edelman, early stage ventures, and female-founded businesses. Across thirty years and every sector, the work has been the same: walk into the system, understand what it is actually running on, and build something that holds.

What has made thirty years of this work possible is trust. Not the soft kind, but the kind that shows up as non-interference. They bring Theeo in because we can see what they feel, and do work to make change happen. That quality of trust, earned through competence, clarity, and a rare ability to hold both the human and strategic concurrently, is what makes change actually transfer rather than being a talking point.

She holds an M.A. in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University – one of the few graduate programs in the country that trained practitioners rather than simply theorists. Her undergraduate foundation in Italian Language, Literature, and Art History gave her the cultural and humanistic lens that has always informed her systems practice.

She is also a trained executive coach, master facilitator, and qualitative research specialist with rare experience designing and executing large-scale studies that translate directly into organisational and public policy change.

Her greatest teacher has always been her son, Sean.
