Getting into the awareness of what is consciously or unconsciously in play, animated, and running as a positive or a counterforce to deliver outcomes is an important conversation. Money, the org chart, and management are the easy blames. The obvious reality is that far more is going on. It is just the harder stuff that people will need to take accountability for and co-create anew. You want to do the more difficult question sitting. Surface the realities. Map the realities systemically. Approach the realities with a broad strategy. Do tangible change.
